Returns

We know that sometimes a fit can be not quite what you wanted, which is why you have 14 days to return your order for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs). The goods must be returned to us in the original condition, unworn and undamaged with tags still attached within 14 days of receiving your parcel, beginning the day your order is received.

We offer free returns for UK orders -To initiate a return, please visit our website, select your order, and click on "Request Return." Once we approve your request, we will process it, and your QR code along with the return label will be updated on your order page. You will also receive these details via email.

On special occasions, we may run promotional offers, like Buy One, Get One Half Price. Please see the return policy outlined below.

Returns and Refunds for Buy 1 get 1 half price: If you wish to return both items purchased under our "Buy One, Get the Second at Half Price" offer, you will be refunded the total price you paid. However, if you decide to return only the non-discounted item, the offer discount will be removed. Your refund will then be calculated by adjusting the price to reflect the full cost of the remaining item, with the discount applied accordingly. The refund will only be processed after recalculating the prices based on these conditions.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of posting until we confirm receipt. When we receive your item, we aim to process within two working days of receipt. Once processed, we will email you to confirm the refund. Please allow 7 days for the refund to clear into your bank account.

All orders will be refunded in the full amount paid excluding delivery charges and any promotional discounts applied to the total amount paid.
