Returns

We know that sometimes a fit can be not quite what you wanted, which is why you have 14 days to return your order for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs). The goods must be returned to us in the original condition, unworn and undamaged with tags still attached within 14 days of receiving your parcel, beginning the day your order is received.

We offer free returns for UK orders - please email hello@lavaand.com and request a return slip. International orders must be shipped to the below address at the expense of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of posting until we confirm receipt. 

When we receive your item, we aim to process within two working days of receipt. Once processed, we will email you to confirm the refund. Please allow 7 days for the refund to clear into your bank account.

All orders will be refunded in the full amount paid excluding delivery charges and any promotional discounts applied to the total amount paid.
